Why this exists

I built Curio because the best things I’ve ever watched, read, or heard came from a person, not a feed, and those recommendations kept dying in group chats. This is a corner for them instead. There’s no engagement machinery here because you’re not the product; there’s nothing to optimize you toward. Just good things, vouched for by people with taste.
